• Fits: B16/B18 setups that match the six hose locations and Honda references listed below.
• Check first: engine-swapped cars, imported cars, turbo builds, aftermarket radiators and modified coolant/heater routing should compare the hose layout before ordering.
• B18C4 note: This kit does not fit B18C4 out of the box. It may be made to fit with modification, but it should not be treated as direct fitment.

Exoracing Honda B16/B18 Silicone Hose Kit Installation Guide:

Install this kit while the engine is cold and the coolant system is drained.

1. Make sure the engine is completely cold before opening the cooling system.
2. Safely raise the car if extra access is required and place a drain pan under the radiator drain point.
3. Remove the radiator cap, drain the coolant and dispose of old coolant responsibly.
4. Lay out the six silicone hoses and match each hose to the location table below.
5. Remove one old hose at a time and fit the matching Exoracing silicone hose in the same location.
6. Make sure each hose is fully seated on the pipe neck before tightening the supplied 304 stainless clamp.
7. Do not over-tighten clamps, as excessive clamp force can damage silicone hoses.
8. Refill the cooling system with suitable coolant and bleed the system fully.
9. Run the engine up to temperature, check for leaks, then recheck the coolant level once the engine cools.

Installation difficulty: moderate DIY. Professional installation is recommended if you are not confident in draining and bleeding a cooling system.

Will this fit a B18C4?

Not out of the box. The current fitment note is that B18C4 requires modification, so do not buy this as a direct-fit B18C4 hose kit.

Does this include clamps?

Yes. The kit includes a 304 stainless steel worm drive clamp kit, so you do not need to reuse old coolant hose clamps.

Does this include every hose in the engine bay?

No. It includes the six coolant and heater hoses listed in the location table. Compare your hose layout before ordering if your car has custom routing.
