Is DriftX a workshop or a parts supplier?

DriftX is both a performance workshop and a parts supplier. Workshop services are delivered locally from our Warwickshire base, and parts supply is available UK-wide. Many products can be supplied and fitted in-house by appointment.

What is your parts returns policy?

Unopened parts can be returned within 14 days in original condition as sold. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the order is damaged in transit. Faulty items are handled under the relevant manufacturer warranty terms.

Do you carry out MOT welding repairs for rust failures?

Yes. DriftX carries out DVSA-compliant MOT welding and structural rust repairs for common failure areas including sills, floorpans, chassis sections, and seatbelt mounts.

Lower Engine Mount Insert, 3 Cylinder & Diesel – Road Series

PFF85-1822R acts to stiffen the voiding of the OE mount, helping to restore a level of responsiveness expected from a hot hatch. Made using our softest Red 65A durometer material, specifically for Diesel models, the amount of NVH transmission is limited. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle should be expected when stiffening the mounting between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted. For total drivetrain control, this new insert is the perfect accompaniment to PFF85-1821R Upper Engine Mount Insert and PFF85-1823R Gearbox Mount Insert.
